BOARD OF SELECTMEN
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Selectmen held a Special Meeting at 7:30 pm on January 16, 2018 in the Meeting Hall of the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. First Selectman Bonnie Reemsnyder and Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal were present. Selectman Chris Kerr was absent.
The meeting was called to order by First Selectman Bonnie Reemsnyder at 7:33 PM.
1. Joint Executive Session with Board of Finance: To discuss pending claims/litigation and/or matters subject to attorney/client privilege regarding pension plan for Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Organizations.
A motion was made by Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing pending claims/litigation and/or matters subject to attorney/client privilege regarding pension plan for Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Organizations, and to include in that executive session Town Attorney Jack Collins, Finance Director Nicole Stajduhar, Board of Finance members Andrew Russell, David Woolley, Janet Sturges, Bennett BJ Bernblum, David Kelsey, Anna Reiter, Adam Burrows and Jude Read, second by First Selectman Bonnie Reemsnyder. Motion passed at 7:35 PM.
The Board came out of executive session at 9:10 PM, and no votes were taken.
2. Adjournment
Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal made a motion to adjourn at 9:11 PM, second by First Selectman Bonnie Reemsnyder. Motion passed.
